As your representative we will use our extensive list of contacts and experience to find your perfect property. We will negotiate the best price and navigate the rental process from start to finish.
We will keep you updated at all times, mindful that such an important decision in a different country requires care and attention at all stages.

Step 3
We hand you your new keys! Our charge for the management of your transaction is a fixed amount equivalent to 1 months rent - paid upon signing of the rental agreement.
In addition, there may be a Touring Fee depending on the search location and numbers of properties viewed. But this can be agreed prior to commencement.
