You receive your new keys! The fee we charge for the management of your transaction is 5% of the purchase price - paid when the transaction completes. This covers all buying agent & legal fees.

Additional costs e.g. a property inspection & survey are outlined and agreed prior to being undertaken. Subject to the property type and survey results, a transaction can complete in 6 to 8 weeks - far less than The UK.
